Background/History
We are an information
source of grilling tips, FAQs, and recipes, and we
design and sell t-shirts, aprons, caps, coasters
and accessories for the GrillJunkie in all of us
to celebrate America's pastime... grilling and spending
time with family and friends!
GrillJunkie set
up shop in early Spring of 2005. We started as just
a gathering of friends with an idea and a passion for
grilling. Since establishing ourselves, we've developed
our charter here at GrillJunkie "to
celebrate and express the healthy addiction we share
for grilling and the time that we share with family
and friends". Based out of
Chelmsford, MA, the GrillJunkie team
strives to do business with
honesty, respect, and integrity.
We design the apparel and accessories that we'd wear
and sell them for prices that we'd pay. And most importantly,
we treat our customers like we'd expect to be treated.
All of the designs on our site are our own. If there
is something you love, like, or hate, let
us know.
Your addiction is our addiction. It's all about you
and your GrillJunkie experience.

Arnie Tomaino
Founder and
President
Arnie is the Founder and President
of GrillJunkie, and has been a grilling enthusiast
for as long as he
could
hold a spatula. Arnie is responsible for the
overall vision, strategic direction, and brand development
of GrillJunkie. A self-proclaimed “weekend grill
warrior”,
Arnie combines his passion for outdoor cooking
with his business experience in the Retail, Datacommunication,
Telecommunication, High Tech, Consumer Products,
and Software arenas where he has served in many
positions including Corporate Marketing and Communications,
Brand
Development, Analyst and Press Relations, Product
and Services Marketing, and Strategic Development.
Arnie
holds a Bachelors Degree from Villanova University
and
a Masters of Business Administration in Marketing
from Northeastern University.
He is a member of the National
Barbecue Association, the New England Barbecue Society,
the Chelmsford Business
Association, and also serves on the Board of Directors
at the Academy of Notre Dame in Tyngsboro, MA.

Shelagh Hogan
Senior Vice President
Shelagh
is the Senior Vice President of GrillJunkie, and
claims her status among the “weekend grill
warrior” ranks. Shelagh is responsible
for product design and operations. Shelagh
combines her enthusiasm
for outdoor cooking with her experience
in the small business and Higher Education
arena
where
she has served
in many positions including Graduate
Admissions, Marketing and Communications,
Brand Development,
and Strategic
Development. Shelagh holds a Bachelors
Degree from The University of Massachusetts
- Amherst
and a Masters of
Business Administration from Notre Dame University.
She
is a member of the National Barbecue Association,
the New England Barbecue Society, and the
Chelmsford Business Association.
